Switching from a 2025 BMW X5 to Tesla lol I’m only 4’11 and a half and realized the other car was too big so keeping it as a family car and getting this for everyday use

Hope you ordered your accessories ahead of time. Obviously not mandatory but it's nice to immediately have all weather floormats and matte screen protector ready to go after you pick up your Tesla!

Ive always been an all black exterior person but this color seems so unique and I love that it looks different in different types of light (that’s what I’ve heard lol)

It does, especially with a tint on all windows now. Sometimes I do wish I had gone for a Red though. :D

Tint is a must. The greenhouse is just too open without it. 50% on the sides. 70% on the windshield. 35% on the rear to match the roof tint. All ceramic tint for heat rejection and UV protection. BTW, the windscreen tint is illegal in my state but I really does help and worth the risk. 70% is no issue with visibility

Congrats on the vehicle! I would definitely start looking to get all your accessories now that way you can have it by the delivery date. All weather floor mats is a must, mud flaps, extra storage/organizer, EV cable charger. Consider if you want to upgrade to level 2 charging. You’ll need to hire an electrician for that. I recommend getting your windows ceramic tinted and roof top. If you choose not to tint your roof, get a cover because they help.

I’m UK based so had the car for around 7 hours now, you’re going to absolutely love it! Hope everything goes well for you, the service I received over here was awesome and the Tesla staff were great!
Update guys: went to pickup my Tesla soooo excited but the front sensor was not working (or something happened with it once we accepted delivery) so they said we can’t take it home because they don’t service over the weekend. I’m bummed - not a great experience at all, as a first time owner but I understand things happen. We did get another 3 months of self driving out of it though - anyone had a similar experience when picking up their Tesla?

Can I ask what you paid for the tint? I’m considering doing it to my Tesla model 3 too
