Wheel cap replacement

Hi everyone! I was wash in my car and noticed one of the small rim caps is missing. What would I search to find this specific piece . I can’t seem to find it. This is a 2014 Tesla Model 3 Performance and these are the back wheels

One of mine fell off a couple weeks after buying the car and I went to a service center and they replaced it under warranty and gave me an entire box of all of the other ones they didn't replace. Got a lot of extras now, not sure what the part number is tho. Not sure about the install either but I can mail you one if you aren't too far from New England.

I thought about swapping wheels back since the snow is melting, but I'll leave the 19's on until more of the potholes are filled.
