Stealth grey. Such a visually smart looking car. And as I get used to the tech etc gets better by the day. I have always watched a lot of YouTube on my phone on previous cars. This is now next level and so much easier in this car. Super smooth and quiet drive. Nice and spacious in the cabin. Even chill mode is fast enough. Standard super nippy to say the least. Lots of little things too that all add up to make life easier. Happy so far. My local supercharger is now a no go tho. Too expensive. Have to drive 15 miles for a cheaper one but much much cheaper at that super charger. My local one is 67p 😆. 26p at the one 15 miles away. Worth a longer drive

I love mine, noticed a couple small chips already Ordered a touchup pen just to dab them so that they blend in much better, they already don’t look bad but with my OCD I noticed them but overall, when the car is clean looks amazing, I live in the northeast and the winter has been brutal, so I feel like most of those small chips came from salt

I was peppered by a grit machine twice really hard on my first day with it. Scared to take a proper look. Something tells me that they will chip really easily

Damn, sorry to hear it, I do believe that Tesla’s paint is ultra soft compared to other manufacturers mainly because there’s a law in California where most of them are made for bullshit environmental reasons they make the paint thinner, but most cars are susceptible to some type of rock chips. It just feels like Tesla is more susceptible than others.

Did you get your TU paint from Tesla? How was the application process? My wife lightly bumped the door into a cart corral and I can’t not see the chip.

I got it from Amazon Before I use I am going to test it on paper The kits are so expensive for such a small amount I will keep you posted

It's not due to any California restrictions, Tesla just has horrible paint and paint application. For instance, it's ridiculous to think that Tesla thinks it's ok to not fully paint inside the door hinge area. Even on highlands, there's still some paint inconsistencies.

Their paint is dog shit That’s why I refuse to pay for a color When it’s terrible to begin with lol
