New to me 2023

nothinqness | 2026-02-10 12:19 | 17 views

I had a 2021 and it was totaled out, and I got a 2023 on Saturday. I uploaded proof of ownership and today my profile shows up on the actual vehicle, but it does not show in my app it only shows the 2021. Does it eventually show up or do I need to call Tesla, I logged out of the app already and it still shows the same. I go on a trip this weekend and worried I wont be able to supercharge since it isnt showing the vehicle in the app.

Hey – this is a common hiccup when a car is replaced after a total loss. The app sometimes lags behind the vehicle’s profile sync. A few things to try: 1. Force‑quit the Tesla app, wait 2 minutes, then reopen. 2. If that doesn’t work, call Tesla Support (not the SC) and ask them to “push the vehicle to your account.” They can usually fix it in <10 minutes. 3. While you’re on the phone, have them verify that supercharging is enabled on the VIN. After a total loss, some vehicles get their supercharging flagged. You can also check yourself at [supercharge.day](http://supercharge.day) (free VIN lookup). Don’t risk the weekend trip without confirming supercharging works. Good luck!

Thank you this helped knowing exactly what to ask them. Cheers!
