Looks sorta like a MS in some angles imo. Hard not to turn and look back at even after getting home.

What is that body kit? I have an M3P highland and am still sitting in limbo waiting on Unplugged to get their's out the door.

DDPMM 2026-02-07 20:11

body kit and wheels are *chefs kiss* i think the mirrors are a bit much though.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 20:13

This is a Yofer design aero kit.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 20:14

Hah thanks, first time trying m3 style mirrors on any car. Kinda suitable since this car is a m3 also lol. Didn’t want to ppf them so went covers.

offwing10 2026-02-07 20:30

She’s beautiful

LoveM3zz 2026-02-07 20:38

You lowered on aH&R springs?

mrandr01d 2026-02-07 20:41

Isn't that literally a drag on your range?

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 20:53

Eibach

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 20:55

Thanks

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 20:56

Which part. The aero and lowered suspension improves range and drag coefficient though it’s likely minor.

Neat_Welcome6203 2026-02-07 21:06

Ayeee finally one with fitment to match. You gonna swap the wheels?

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 21:09

Yes lol

rdurty2 2026-02-07 21:11

I seriously doubt whoever made this put it through any sort of testing on if it actually improves anything. Chances are it probably hurts more than helps but either direction it would be so minimal you would never know.

LoveM3zz 2026-02-07 21:16

I plan on throwing on the stock 20’s you think I’d be good? https://preview.redd.it/1z8ie2yh25ig1.jpeg?width=4284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=336d70ecc3e0d85d30975cfc599bba8e7f2fc9dc

GenesisNemesis17 2026-02-07 21:23

Once the Model 3 came out I never fully understood why somebody would buy an S for so much more money. It's a great car, but not that much greater. The 3 has always been an incredible value in so many ways. RIP S

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 21:29

You would be mistaken. Most car enthusiasts and professionals that care about these kinds of things have been lowering cars and adding aero for generations before Tesla for functional improvements, not just looks. Same goes for spoilers. It’s a known fact that these mods help with drag coefficient and in this care improve range by doing so but yes minimal.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 21:30

Yes it’s 1.1 and 1.5 on the performance. Would be fine.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 21:31

The s is like a super car for a specific market. I call that market , people who have a lot of money. 🤣

Neat_Welcome6203 2026-02-07 21:52

Which ones you looking at

rdurty2 2026-02-07 21:56

I’m aware. Been in the car mod scene for 30 years. If you read what I was saying it has nothing about people who mod their cars. It’s thinking that these companies put any testing behind their designs. Very very few ever do. Show me testing for this specific body kit showing that it actually improves anything. Don’t buy into silly marketing speak that is on most companies websites.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 21:59

I did read and you should be more specific on which parts you were describing. There are multiple mods going on here and my statement remains valid holistically given those considerations.

ScaredPatience2478 2026-02-07 22:13

Damn. This looks great.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 22:14

Thanks!

eSUP80 2026-02-07 22:56

Looks good overall even though I don’t like the black stripes on the side skirts

eSUP80 2026-02-07 23:01

lol please. I can almost guarantee you that this kind of aftermarket aero work is not going to add any range. That’s like claiming aftermarket Temu spoilers add downforce. maybe if it’s a high dollar racing full aero setup made for the track with a price tag to match…but that is not what 99.9% of what you see on the road is.

slynas 2026-02-07 23:07

Nice!!

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:16

Thanks. I’m a huge fan of the gloss black accents all around this kit personally.

ej_warsgaming 2026-02-07 23:16

make more pictures to also see the back and full front? looks nice

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:20

Too bad this isn’t a temu “spoiler” though and doesn’t address the whole context of the mods expressed here which improve performance.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:35

Thanks!

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:37

Thank you. Yea next time, just parked and grabbed a quick shot here.

namestom 2026-02-07 23:42

Have you driven a Model S? I own a Model 3 and would gladly take a S over it all day just for the hatch. The air suspension is another great option. The car is just built better. We also have a Model X and it’s nowhere close to a Model Y or a Model S. The space, the self presenting doors, windshield…I love our X. It’s an entire experience. Now, I do love our Model 3 for the simplicity of it. I’ll probably keep it a bit longer, as it has FSD paid for.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:43

Not sure yet. I like a 19x9 with specific size tires upgrade to be as close to the oem overall diameter but haven’t found many options available that I like. Might have to get 19x9.5 instead though it will be slightly different. Lot of existing M3 owners that have great wheels in the same spec which continue to inspire me while I wait to make a decision. Welcome to recommendations!

Neat_Welcome6203 2026-02-07 23:46

I was eyeballing the Fast Wheels EV06, but that's more because I'm going for an OEM+ look on mine. (Also chrome un-delete ftw) Marian Wheels MW08 are also a classic set and can be ordered in factory dimensions to the tee.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:50

Yea I’ve driven a plaid s a few times. It’s nice for sure but nothing really stood out to me specifically compared to the 3 except for the speed. The yoke and presenting door handles are easy upgrades to do on the 3. I like gauge cluster too but that’s about it. The model 3 performance handles better than an S from what others have told me also. Personally don’t like the look of the Y or X but that’s subjective. Y feels too small to be an SUV and the X looks good big but I don’t like how it looks and have no experience with one.

Suvi2k 2026-02-07 23:54

I’ve seen the Martian wheels installed on a few model 3s. They look ok to me but I didn’t want something directional. The ev06’s seem too bulky and ‘hubcappy’ with ev focus. I prefer to get something more modern without those plastic pieces. Hence removing the aero caps from my stock wheels.

Cynocius 2026-02-08 00:59

Yeah a lot of what I like about my S is actually the simple things (aside from the increased acceleration). The hatch and general extra space in the car is really nice. Larger motorized screen is nice. Definitely a huge fan of the shrouded driver’s display. But if money is at all a concern, the 3 is pretty much impossible to beat.

Suvi2k 2026-02-08 01:19

I can get behind that. Def looks and felt a little more roomy. The cost difference is insane though for those types of minor differences though imo.

GenesisNemesis17 2026-02-08 01:27

Yea such small things for a huge price difference. So not worth it.

Junkbondman69 2026-02-08 01:42

Is that ultra red or custom?

Suvi2k 2026-02-08 01:42

Ultra red

namestom 2026-02-08 02:17

You are speaking for yourself. There are many people out there where they value those differences and are willing to pay. I was willing to pay the difference in a Model Y and a Model X. It’s basically the same as the Model 3 and Model S. If we want to get extremely practical, we would all be driving Honda Civics, Toyota Corollas, etc. For me, I have a background in cars and have always owned fun cars. I still own some AMG’s. The longer I own my Teslas, the less attached I feel to them, even though I love the noise they make and the feeling I get driving them. Long term, I’ll probably have one fun ICE car and the rest will be teslas. The Model S Plaid represents something extremely practical and fun all in one package. It’s really amazing.

Opposite-Language428 2026-02-08 02:54

Where did you get your side skirts and front splitter from?

Suvi2k 2026-02-08 05:40

Yofer design, MTO from over seas.

Tilmanstoa5ty 2026-02-08 07:48

Looks amazing from the outside and the inside. Scrolled through your posts and love all the little mods and details you added. Really enhances the car without making it look tacky.

Suvi2k 2026-02-08 15:03

Appreciate it, almost done.

dresz981 2026-02-08 19:23

Why would you want a Tesla to look like another...Tesla? Just get another car that doesn't look like it!

Suvi2k 2026-02-08 19:24

Silly take. It’s just an observation my friend, not a desire.

dresz981 2026-02-08 19:31

Gotcha.

notthediz 2026-02-09 21:37

Opened the pic to zoom in hoping I’d see a detailing setup, instead it’s gardening tools. Show us the detailing setup

Suvi2k 2026-02-09 22:47

Hah good eye. 👍🏽

Odd_Adagio_9650 2026-02-10 07:49

Well the S is actually made with USA parts. The 3 is 75% Chinese 15 % Mexico 10% Korea. Thats why it costs way more. Better quality

JuJuBee- 2026-02-10 16:25

Gorgeous 😍

Suvi2k 2026-02-10 16:47

Thanks!

Suvi2k 2026-02-13 19:17

Never. Air suspension is something I’m very familiar with and my setup is optimal for my use cases. I appreciate the thought though and happy if you like it. Highland suspension is fantastic for daily driving, extremely comfy!

Suvi2k 2026-02-13 19:27

Not that much better for the cost difference imo. Maintenance is ranked the highest cost as well for Tesla due to those more expensive parts. Let’s all be honest here, the price is driven more by the market it’s targeting as a “luxury vehicle” more than any useful features itself. I’ve had several luxury cars over the years and I’m rather impressed with the overall package the 3 (highland specifically) offers and how it compares to those. Smooth ride, amazing tech, fast as hell, comfy interior are my main considerations.
