I load a lot of stuff in my trunk and I was messing up the carpet with boxes and other things and I found this and it worked out pretty great so I wanted to show you guys! Got it off Amazon.

I ordered one off AliExpress for $11 two days ago for the same reasons you did

Looks cool, but how do you access the storage space underneath?

Link?

I have one too and it’s great. Cheap too.

I have one but not sure it’s the same as OPs. It doesn’t interfere with opening the subtrunk. It stops short of going down too far to get in the way.

Have one as well. It's great. I have nearly all the carpet in my entire car covered though. I spend a lot of time in the woods with my dog, so my carpet would be a mess without protection.

I have one as well and also PPF wrapped the trunk lip

Here is a link to the one I bought for my highland, never have experienced any issues regarding access to the sub trunk https://a.co/d/0cVvJGBF

Thank you!

The trunk lid bumpers rest on those two depressions. Are you sure this additional thickness doesn’t result in the closed trunk being a bit high? Maybe the power draw down still closes it completely.

Nah not an issue, it closes just fine
