I ordered a Model 3 AWD LR white/white but I've decided to change it to Ultra Red/Black Interior

I also have red/black, you made the right choice by changing it! White/white is boring

I hope you like it! I really thought through my color choices too and decided on QS and black interior but I wish I had gotten ultra red and white interior 😂 but I’m happy and I put white seat covers so it’s brighter now inside.

ultra red in person is on another level, photos don't do it justice. and in Spain with that sunlight it's going to pop like crazy. you won't regret it

I have ultra red with white seats. Love the car but my only regret is not getting black seats. I constantly worry about staining them (haven’t yet though, had the car over a year) and I don’t like how easy it is to see into the car even with 20% tint. But reflections while driving aren’t an issue. And don’t worry about annoying your advisor. Sure you hate to do it, but you’ll never talk to this person again and you’ll have the car for years.

I skipped it on my second one… And I really miss it!

Ultra red is amazing you will not be disappointed

I love the luster of the ultra red on its own but I just couldn't pass up making it matte. I know it's not everyone's taste, but I love it in matte and I know I'll love it all over again when I decide to remove the PPF. Congrats and enjoy, ultra red on black is top tier. White seats would have been too Christmassy for my taste.

From what I’ve seen. The white seats made after the refresh use a much better material that are really hard to stain, I’ve seen videos of denim dye rubbing right off with a microfiber and water. That being said you should still apply a ceramic coating, I also heard non-scented DUDE WIPES are good for cleaning

I ordered an Ultra Red with black interior Performance this week. I am tired of the white, grey, silver and black everywhere. There are not a lot of color in cars, at least here in the US. I saw the first blue Y today, can’t say I’ve seen a red in person ever on the road. Stand out, be different. Red with black is a great combination and will standout over time while all the boring colors blend into a blob.

I just worry about the ventilations. If liquid gets in there you're fucked.

AWD Ultra Red w/ Black interior here. Looks absolutely gorgeous, stands out from every other white/black/grey that everyone loves out here (Hawaii) and love the Black interior with black accenting on the Ultra Red. Just looks fierce. You’ll love it.

Good choice. My top choice was white on black or red on black. But in the USA at the time I bought those were $8-$9k options as I would have lost the tax credit so I have stealth grey on black. Love it but still wish I got one of my first two options.

I have white seats and i was worried about staining them as my family is messy and we do a lot of messy activities like camping and kids stuff. Literally 0 issues with the white seats after a year. They don’t reflect off the windshield at night because it’s angled… Lots of Teslas have them because they are unique and honestly better. One perk that is excellent is that they stay way cooler than black in the hot summer days and keep the cabin cooler too. Not getting them because other people have them is really a backward minded reasoning approach.

It won’t drive your advisor crazy. It’s a big ass investment which you’re going to live with for multiple years. Change it please.

i went white/black cause: \- it averages about 400 degrees here and you can honestly cook an egg on a black car (I've done it) \- I went the M3P so the extra black bits constrast nicely against the white \- sunscreen, fake tan, makeup all visibly trash the white interior \- red fades bad this close to hell. All the red mazdas here for years start a beautiful red gloss and are a dull fade after a year or so. But great if it works for you. Red looks beautiful!

Also went red with black despite a lot of people here drooling for white. Dont want to worry about cleaning that stuff every week…

Looks great but the plastic trim instead of wood is awful, and white seats need so much care to stay clean

Same here. Plus I’m pretty light sensitive, always have to wear sunglasses so having a bright interior is a no go for me. I’ve seen pictures and it looks like the inside is shining white light, big NO for me.

I see less white refresh M3 on the street then the other colors

Are you from USA? In USA Stealth Grey is the free option, in Spain is the Pearl White

Maybe they need so much care if you’re filthy 😂 if you just sit in them and drive the car like a normal person, baby wipes every couple of months will keep them looking basically new lol

I have a MYLR AWD that is blue with white interior. I haven't noticed any issues with reflections at night. That shouldn't change your mind, though. You should get the color you want, especially if you're ordering new.
