It's a little less subtle in person; I really like the satin.

Very nice! Does it mount on top of the existing splitter?

Fredboy 2026-02-01 21:33

Yes, it's secured double sided adhesive on the top and the 8 factory torx bolts on the bottom.

Looks nice. Is it really glossy plastic finish or kinda like the spoiler finish? I don’t like the glossy plastic cf look

Fredboy 2026-02-01 21:41

This one has the satin finish, it's similar to the OEM spoiler.

jchin913 2026-02-01 21:41

Ohhh that’s nice. How much?

Fredboy 2026-02-01 21:42

I believe it was in the $700 range for the pre-orders.

Is that one from Unplugged Performance? Edit: Ignore. I saw the MPP lol. I asked cuz I’m getting one from UP

Fredboy 2026-02-01 21:49

Mountain Pass Performance

So the factory splitter isn’t visible anymore? I’ve been looking because someone backed into mine and tweaked it JUST enough that it bugs me constantly

Fredboy 2026-02-01 23:30

It covers it. If your splitter is deformed it may not fit properly. Yeslak makes a full carbon replacement.

Puzzleheaded_Form480 2026-02-02 00:01

I want to get their body kit minus the wing but idk how difficult it would be to self install

starkiller_bass 2026-02-02 00:05

Thanks that’s good Info. I think I can fix the slight deformation, but I worry it will still show in the surface though more aggressive piece that covers it might be perfect.

Fabulous_Scale4771 2026-02-02 00:44

I believe they should be easy. They’re all 3m tapes with the exception for the front spoiler lip which it does still have 3m tape. U just need to screw it in as well via the existing 8 screws underneath. I currently only have the canards on at the moment. I’m waiting for the rest of the front.

Looks good. I was deciding between this one and unplugged. Leaning unplugged because they do the rear diffuser as well that matches. Prefer the MPP weave though

Can you tell a bit more about the install? Is it difficult? On the page it says that an „experienced“ installer is needed and that videos will be provided after purchase.

Fredboy 2026-02-02 10:31

It's fairly straightforward: 1. clean and prep the lip well 2. remove the 8 torx bolts at the bottom 3. test fit to make sure everything lines up 4. apply adhesive promoter to the edges 5. start removing most of the cover tape from the adhesive strips 6. have someone help you line it up as you place it back on the car 7. remove the rest of the cover tape from the adhesive strip 8. install the bolts on the bottom (do not over tighten)

I’m going to put the unplugged performance one on my MP3 quicksilver

Organic_Battle_597 2026-02-02 15:45

Looks good! What I need for our Model 3 is an armored front lip. I have a new 15 year old driver in the house...

The side by side shot is awesome! Thanks for the tips and pics 😍👍

Suvi2k 2026-02-02 21:11

Good looking add on. Honestly one of the better ones I’ve seen for the P. 👍🏽
