You either have a leak somewhere, or it’s just low enough for the car computer to be empty, which causes all the camera related issues.
Given the power reduced alert, it’s probably really really empty.
Common area is the coolant hoses behind the wheel well.

Should I take it to the dealership for the service??

Or should I try top up the coolant by myself??

Lookup how to enter service mode for diagnosing the issue, there's information in there that will help you determine how serious the issue is.

Take it to the dealership.

G48 is the name of the coolant, available anywhere. You can top it off, but make sure you still have it checked out.
Write down the time you first noticed it and if there’s anything you hear (loud Pump noise for instance). The more information the techs have, the better they can diagnose it.

Im not sure because I hit something, it was just a solod snow ball, do you think that much can cause a big damage ??

Yes it can. If you think there is damage get it tow to Tesla. I thought you put that Tesla service receipt’ that the best outcome.

What do you think after looking at the receipt ? Would that be the same cost or would it increase? 😟😟

If you truly damage battery the bill will be 15000: they ask you to contact the insurance company. Also Tesla will not let you supercharge. I am glad that did not happen. I suggest you install aluminum skid plates for your car. Also aluminum plates behind the wheel.

Check your coolant and also check where you park to see if there’s a leak

Are we allowed to open the frunk to see the coolant from inside ?? Would it void the warranty?

I had these symptoms when my heat pump gave up. The various computers in the car receive insufficient cooling and will reboot when they overheat. Initially they tried to refill the cooling loop but the issue kept returning. Eventually, they needed to swap the heat pump assembly. All good since then.

if you do, make sure to do it slowly to ensure there are no air bubbles in the system.
still, you should take it to a tesla certified shop because the issue might be with the superbottle (likely a faulty sensor)
source: it happened to me :)

you are allowed if you don’t break anything, as always.
There are no tamper seals.

something flew under my car once a couple years ago, my car showed similar messages and my car became a brick shortly after parking at my house and started leaking. long story short, i required a new HV battery.

Why should the battery break just because it's from 2021?

There are a lot of posts on here about people with 2021 with battery failures. Needing to get their battery replaced. Usually still under warranty though.
Let’s hope they didn’t end up with a bum battery
