Cleaning wheels? Wheel Acid. Scared of acid? Dark Fury by Superior Products. Wheel brush and tire brush. As for best, good luck figuring that out as the entire detailing community claims everything is the best. I use Wire Wheel Cleaner 5:1 for wheels and Dark Fury at the same dilution for the tires.

I ain’t never scared, but these wheels were not cheap haha so Dark Fury it is!

Oh psh then do acid. Be scared of acid for if may get into your eyes but its 1000× better than dark Fury and is extremely unlikely to do damage to your wheels. I do a lot of expensive cars from Porsches to hellcats with aftermarket rims and acid has always been my best friend.
