Open a service ticket. Tesla can often push a software update out if it's stuck.

I had this once. Try a soft reboot by holding both the scroll wheels down on the steering wheel for 5 seconds. During reboot it will check for an update. It worked for me.

Everyday, i go to Software, it checks for an update. Then after a couple seconds it says “up to date”

This happened to me recently I was stuck on the same update for literally months, then it just so happened to successfully pull the latest update (2025.44.X) a day or 2 after subscribing to FSD again.

This happened to me to I toll live in a gray zone in Sri Lanka. What works form me was to pair my mobile phones hot spot with a lot of Mobile data while I go for a drive half an hour’s drive, while on the move it usually starts downloading the update. Make sure not to check for forced update at least 24 hrs before pairing the hot spot and driving.

Had the same problem. Probably imported from USA. Solution > Open service request as software problem but select any service center located in the USA. don’t wait for a respond. right away send message to the team and describe the problem that your car stucked on 2025.32.6 software version. attach photo of the screen and saying that „software is up to date” and request manual software push. (They are aware of this problem) They will do it. If not open another tesla account but country selected as USA. Transfer the car to that account as country selected USA. Then open service request. Good luck

I hope you select a service center located in japan. Only region of your car service center will do this manual push. Even tho car is salvaged and imported to grey zone, they are still responsible for software.

Did you have to call support? If so did you call customer support or service center? When I try to explain it the AI just tries to force me to call them
