Thank you! I was so annoyed that the buttons would move after opening the app and that stupid ad shifted everything down in exactly the amount of time it took me to try to press the frunk-open or heat-on buttons.
$15 reminds me of my manager at Amazon sending me $15 gift card for working 3 weekends straight.

Xs in the corner is not really a good paradigm for mobile interfaces. Too small to reliably hit. Swipe to dismiss is pretty universal.

I intuitively figured it out that I had to simply swipe the first day and showed my coworker how to remove it after he had his Tesla for over a year. That banner never appeared again ever since

 1 year... 1 full year of staring at that stupid ad. And it sliding down and moving a button just as I went to press it..... And all I had to do was swipe!?!?!? Now I want that new law that requires ads to have obvious and clear methods to close. ASAP.
