Hi there. I’ve had my 2019 model 3 for about 1 week. Is it normal in the winter to get less miles than it says like it charges to 220 miles but I get like 150. Please help.
Uses a lot more juice in winter. Use percentage and ignore miles

Absolutely normal. And the amount of difference that you’re talking about is consistent with what I see in my 2018
Cold weather burns through juice faster. Stick to percentages, not miles.
Even in good weather the miles will normally be off unless you drive 55mph or under everywhere. Winter spends extra energy heating the battery to be able to get power out of it more easily which chews up a fair bit of range each cold start.
I bought a 2018 M3 awd performance just a few months ago and am having similar problems. At 100% I have 250 miles range but only get roughly 130. I make weekly trips of over 100 miles with no chargers in between. That first trip was nerve wracking. I just made an appointment with the Tesla service center to get this checked. Am I wasting my time???
