Looking for Quality 2023 Model 3 Sunshade [No Flimsy or with Wrinkles]

DailyDoseOfHighlight | 2026-01-01 18:43 | 29 views

Hi, I am looking to get a roof glass sunshade for my 2023 model 3. Which do you guys recommend that doesn't look flimsy or wrinkly like most amazon ones do. Something sturdy and strong that has a thick layer or meshing on the edges, maybe even magnetic or is easily removable. Thank you in advanced!

I've bought 2 on AliExpress. No issues.

CoverCraft is what you want.

I use one made by Vion. Perfect color match, keeps temps noticeably cooler in the summer https://a.co/d/eKkJ8o5

I use Vion and it's been perfect on my 2023.

+1 for CoverCraft, it’s custom sized and folds and it’s sturdy.

OP said roof glass, but I also recommend CoverCraft Premium shades for all and any vehicles I’ve owned

Second the Vion. I'd note that there are supplementary clips for the rear shade... I did not install mine and driving with all four windows down will tend to blow the rear one loose. Perhaps having the extra clips in would obviate that issue.

I just updated my generic 'cool ice etc.' roof sunshades to a Tparts Ice Velvet Static Glassroof Sunshade. So far works fine though haven't been in serious summer sun yet. Best part is that it clings to the glass roof so you get back an inch or more of headroom vs. the generic loose shades. And has a clear sticky clamp for middle of rear shade to get it up on the glass and not drooping down. Kinda pricey though, we'll see if it's worth it come spring.
