Same here. Mine is a 2022 rwd with LFP batteries. Go blue team 💙

MillerPrestes 2025-12-25 05:02

2022 LR AWD DM here. Go Blue 💙

IWantToPlayGame 2025-12-25 05:02

In the best color, too!

Bbronson123 2025-12-25 05:10

Your cars battery will outlast the car most likely. If you want to maximize your dollar the LFP cars are going to far outlast the other chemistries long term. Eventually a LFP battery car will have better range than the other chemistries due to their more rapid degradation. I wanted the LFP to maximize value but ended up finding a LR at a much better deal. I think the LR will hold a little more value too.

Bbronson123 2025-12-25 05:12

They’re such bargains on the used market for the capabilities that they provide. No other car is as fast and as efficient for like $15-30k. No brainer if you enjoy speed but also being able to drive chill and be more efficient than a Prius… 😂

MillerPrestes 2025-12-25 05:19

I got this one used with 28k miles on it for $30k. Other than a micro chip on the windshield, the car was pristine. I’ll never buy a regular car again

OrangeKaii 2025-12-25 05:20

I’ve owned my used 2021 Long Range for almost a year now and I genuinely could not see myself driving another car. It checks off every single box I want in a car that no other brand offers right now.

Bbronson123 2025-12-25 05:23

I got lucky, $22k out the door with 24k miles for my 22’ LR. Did private sale and got the used EV tax credit 3 weeks before it ended. Had 2 tiny paint scuffs and minor stuff Tesla fixed under warranty. If I wanted an ICE car around this same price I would have been in the market for a used Corolla, Camry, Honda. So much slower and cost more to run long term.

TengokuIkari 2025-12-25 05:29

My plan is to own it through 500k miles. I am about to hit 75k this month.

TengokuIkari 2025-12-25 05:30

Nice. I installed an aluminum skid plate and upgraded the dampers to the Hiland version.

PaidForThis 2025-12-25 05:30

I see you tinted your headlights; any issues, reco's? Otherwise mine looks just like yours, down to the removed plate. I can't tell in the pic but I wrapped my T badges the paint color.

Bbronson123 2025-12-25 05:30

How many miles you avg annually? The LFP pack is perfect for people who drive a lot more.

TengokuIkari 2025-12-25 05:33

~25k currently but in the new year I will need to travel more for work so I might do 40k.

Bbronson123 2025-12-25 05:56

Best of luck with the car man. Really hope you hit that 500k mileage goal. I’m excited to see how far the different battery chemistries will go within the next 10-15 years. I’m sure by then we’ll have some pretty good innovations to make these cars even more efficient.

TengokuIkari 2025-12-25 06:05

Thanks. I am keeping track of all costs and savings. $10k in fuel savings so far 💰💰

Bbronson123 2025-12-25 06:18

Eventually the cars will pay for themselves in the fuel savings from switching over ICE to EV.

eat_more_bacon 2025-12-25 06:49

If someone comes out with an EV that is smaller and sportier I'll be all over it in a couple years when my kids go to college, but for now the Model 3 is as good as it gets for a daily driver.

freeufc 2025-12-25 09:02

Agreed, I have had a fair share of quality cars via company cars, but nothing compares to the model 3

htnut-pk 2025-12-25 11:33

2018 LR RWD. I say the same thing to anyone who asks. “Best car I’ve ever owned”. Hands down. No contest.

MillerPrestes 2025-12-25 12:41

No issues at all. I also tinted all Tesla badges

PaidForThis 2025-12-25 13:01

My plan was to put a ton of miles on my new 2023. Since July 2023 I've put on, let's check - 5,058 miles.

PaidForThis 2025-12-25 13:04

2,023 miles annually 5,058 miles in 2.5 years

jebidiaGA 2025-12-25 17:58

Our 2019 is still going strong. Love it

MillerPrestes 2025-12-25 18:15

Got mine 2022 in February last year with 28k miles. I work 6 days a week, 15 miles to work and back. Just now hit 40k miles on it.

PaidForThis 2025-12-25 21:43

I'm WFH consultant

RBBCPA_98 2025-12-25 23:07

I agree 100%. Great color too!

smart65 2025-12-26 00:15

Just sold my 2019 AWD with 13,500 miles to a broker with minor scratches for $21,300. Bought 2026 M3 RWD lease $355/mo x36 months. So happy! They transferred my FSD to the new car no charge.

hongomind27 2025-12-26 03:55

I just got a 2019 with 59k for $18700 Loved that car 🚙 standard range

Outrageous-Report-74 2025-12-26 05:32

M3P is an incredible car, daily driver, drag beast, great all round package. Making more and more use of the autonomous driver aids, very relaxing

Todd6114 2025-12-26 14:49

Serious question: How did you get the pain scuffs fixed under warranty? Or were you meaning the other minor stuff they fixed under warranty? After reading my question I’m guessing the ladder

Bbronson123 2025-12-26 19:06

Yeah the other minor stuff. Trunk was misaligned, the plastic cover on the bottom left of the drivers seat that covers the seat controls had a broken clip. Minor stuff. I could care less about minor paint scuffs on a used car, it’s bound to happen.

Todd6114 2025-12-27 14:51

Ah nice. Glad they still fixed the issues for you. No matter how minor. 🍻

Dangerous-Review8103 2025-12-27 21:34

Got the same one 6 months ago M3 22 SM 24k miles for $19000 from Colma and I felt like it’s a steal so I got it fast https://preview.redd.it/wgmcf88cft9g1.jpeg?width=2268&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a58ba0050557bf6c392016b6d403b7ff76511b47
