What'd you do?

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 01:46

-Ingenext Ghost Chip -Tein Flex Z Coilovers -Wheels: Aodhan DS07 18x8.5 +22 -Tires: Extreme Contact DWS 255/35/18 -Rear Wing (can’t really see in the pics) All done myself (took a lot longer than expected) but learned a lot and appreciate it more!

Neat_Welcome6203 2025-12-25 01:46

It's so peak

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 01:51

?

colinlaughery 2025-12-25 02:01

That is a compliment

Necessary-Biscotti11 2025-12-25 02:03

how does it drive? is it bagged or just lowered? what impact does the chip have?

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 02:17

It’s on coilovers, it’s definitely a change in driving habits when lower but I hated the monster truck look lol and the chip is a major difference.. I’ve driven so very fast cars… (R8, Trackhawk, E63s…) and it pulls like those if not more ngl…. I highly recommend it if you’re thinking about it and have the right motor. If you’re worried about range it definitely reduces it cause it’s using more power but I have a home charger so it’s not an issue. Definitely worth it. The other features are cool too with it. I set up the auto door opening when walking up to the car. Having the option to switch it to RWD is cool too cause I was thinking about learning how to drift. But it’s great

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 02:18

❤️

Necessary-Biscotti11 2025-12-25 02:20

Wow!!! Very cool upgrade and I'm excited to give it a shot. Do you have a YouTube channel? this would be great content or Instagram page

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 02:21

The ride is not much different than stock, a bit stiffer as I set the damping to 7 . Not a significant difference. But it definitely has better handling that’s for sure. Not much body roll

Necessary-Biscotti11 2025-12-25 02:21

I'm jealous man!! keep up the great work 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 02:24

I don’t unfortunately, I def should have recorded the build process! Was definitely an experience 😅

[deleted] 2025-12-25 02:35

I think the blue looks so much better with the chrome accents than the black

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 03:09

Yeah I like the chrome accents, it’s a nice touch and different from the car now a days

What_The_Tech 2025-12-25 03:57

Wow nice! I don’t often see the Blue/Chrome/White combo (which I have too) - It’s the best. What tint % you got?

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 04:04

35% cause that’s the legal limit where I live unfortunately 🙃 def would have went darker but not trying to fail inspections cause of tint lol

What_The_Tech 2025-12-25 04:06

Ok thanks. I’ve been looking to find a good level to do for mine, and I like yours. Not trying to go too dark myself.

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 04:08

Also just ordered reinforced skid plates, that’ll be coming in soon. Can’t risk it being static low now

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 04:11

I’d just look up the legal limit where you live and go off that so you don’t run into any trouble. It’s definitely better then having no tint but I would definitely go darker to like 15-20% if you can

kWh_eater78 2025-12-25 04:14

Looks amazing

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 04:32

Thank you!

Accomplished_Pin9628 2025-12-25 22:01

Hello, curious about your wheel setup. How did you get the deep lip look? That’s what I’m looking for. Is it from a lower offset wheel? Your setup looks great. Thank you

Neat_Welcome6203 2025-12-25 22:14

it is

vd_limitless 2025-12-25 23:32

I’m not exactly sure what you’re talking about but the deep lip is just the type of wheel I got. You can see in the one of the previous comments the exact setup I have and what wheels I have. Big fan of the deep dish look then flush looking wheels

Specialist-Let-5795 2025-12-25 23:39

Same with the solid black paint.

jamess0000 2025-12-26 00:37

Where did you learn?

vd_limitless 2025-12-26 00:46

What you mean?? Just looking up other people doing it online and just doing it myself you pick up how to do it. I’m pretty handy so it wasn’t too bad . If you have patience and another car you can use then I’d say try it yourself cause you’d save a lot of money . I definitely saved over 1k of labor by doing it the work at my house. Just took more time then bringing it to a shop

AgentAaron 2025-12-26 03:58

Looks great

DarthBlue007 2025-12-27 05:46

Nice work! How do you like the Teins?

vd_limitless 2025-12-28 21:12

So far I like them, it’s not a crazy difference from stock comfort wise . Definitely better handling and I like how I can adjust the ride height. It was a monster truck before I hated it haha

Loud-Scale9153 2025-12-28 21:17

it means it looks good, unc
