Loki_God-of-Mischeif | 2025-12-25 00:29 | 78 views

Still undecided on which body kit / lip setup I want to run on this build. Just a heads-up this isn’t meant to be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s my vision, built my way. That said, I’m open to real questions, solid suggestions… and even the usual negative comments 😈 So far, the car is sitting on: • Unplugged Performance Sport Pro coilovers • Unplugged dual-rate linear lowering springs • Unplugged adjustable upper control arms • Unplugged lower lateral fore & compliance aft arms w/ spherical bushings • Unplugged billet rear traction arms • Unplugged front & rear sway bars + adjustable sway bar links • Billet adjustable toe arms • Custom BC Forged KL13 wheels Wheel specs: Front: 19x9 — 245/40 Rear: 19x10.5 — 285/35 More to come. Body direction still loading… 👀

How much of a HP increase did you see with the custom lug nuts ?

Sfkn123 2025-12-25 00:52

Haven't seen any cool lips for the M3P that looks worthy, but I did come across a video where the guy vinyl wrapped his front lip and rear diffuser with carbon fiber that looked pretty cool. I love those tires btw. I autox with them in non summer months.

Each one is worth 1. Probably

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 01:16

Huge gains. I’d say at least +15 HP mostly from the reduced rotational sarcasm and the aerodynamic confidence they add. Honestly aint gonna lie though, the real boost is +30 driver ego and a measurable increase in people saying, “Wait… are those custom lug nuts?” 😎

You need stickers. It's necessary to freely advertise for someone else in order to complete the spell that unlocks all the extra power.

go with zevcentric

huh_say_what_now_ 2025-12-25 05:36

Get the mountain pass performance lower control arm bearing as well it will tighten up the front end and stop the alignment from changing under load when you brake and take corners hard , I have upgraded all the same things but in mountain pass performance and coilovers are MCA pro sport https://www.mountainpassperformance.com/product/tesla-front-lower-control-arm-bearings-model-3-y/

Finally a clean, well-modded 3 on here. Nicely done. No Temu stick-on plastic!

superhypercoolguy 2025-12-25 10:28

Those are locking lugs come with a special key for one of the lugs. This guy doesn’t probably doesn’t want his wheels stolen and aesthetically they look way better than the dull OEM ones.

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 12:36

I am looking into this, I appreciate you.

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 12:40

Zencentric has ARDO kits and if thats what you are speaking of. That is one route Im thinking about doing!

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 12:41

I appreciate you, thank you.

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 12:44

2.5-3 inches lower than stock

Artistic-Heart-3792 2025-12-25 15:51

Tasteful mods, love it. Off topic maybe, but which mud flaps did you install? They look a nice fit.

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 17:18

Yes, you are correct keyed lugs to prevent theft but these lug nuts are Project Kics, which are essentially Japanese steel. Think of them as the Hattori Hanzo of the sword world.

Hello. I see you have 19x9 front wheels. Could you fit a 19x10 in the front with no rubbing? Looking into a 10 width front wheel. Thanks

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 20:35

yes I can see that a 19x10 can fit in the front with out rubbing its all about offset and tire choice.

Accomplished_Pin9628 2025-12-25 20:48

My front driver side warp wheel is partially bent is what discount tires told me so I was thinking about getting a squared 18x10 setup, but for some reason I see unplugged performance do either 18x9.5 or 18x10.9 for the true track setup. Was wondering why 9.5 was chosen, even mountain pass goes with 9.5 width. I’ll make some calls to see what’s what. I like the beefy more aggressive look your tires have. Did you have to talk to a tire/wheel expert to go with the setup you got? Thanks

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-25 21:10

On the width question: the reason you keep seeing 18x9.5 (Unplugged, Mountain Pass, etc.) is because it’s kind of the Goldilocks spec. Wide enough to run a beefy tire and get real sidewall support, but not so wide that you start fighting scrub radius changes, tramlining, clearance headaches, or accelerated bearing wear. A 9.5 lets you run square, rotate tires, and still keep the car happy on the street and track. That sucks about bending a Warp wheel 😩 if it makes you feel any better, I curbed my Warp wheels. I was mad for about five business days… then I turned it into an excuse to upgrade 😅. An 18x10 or 10.5/10.9 absolutely looks aggressive, but now you’re usually locked into specific offsets, stretched vs ballooned tire debates, and tighter tolerances. That’s why the “true track” setups go wider…. performance first, looks second, and fewer compromises assumed. For me, after the Warp wheel trauma 😆, I knew I wanted: A beefier tire, More rim protection (square sidewalls instead of that round-ish Warp fitment) and Better daily durability. So I went 19s with a wider tire, and the sidewall does a much better job protecting the rim from my occasional “oops-that-curb-moved” moments. Wisdom learned the hard way. Did I talk to a wheel/tire expert? Yes… but I also did my homework first. I looked at fitments, tire manufacturer recommendations, real-world setups people were actually driving, and then had a few conversations with my wheel guy to sanity-check everything. The expert convo was more confirmation than blind trust. Short version for me • 9.5” = smart, proven, balanced • 10”+ = aggressive, track-focused, less forgiving • Beefy look = more about tire choice than wheel width alone. You’re asking the right questions. Experience (and curbed wheels) are great teachers 😉 I’ll be more than glad to refer you to my wheel expert.

That fitment... DAMN

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-26 03:45

I ordered some cheap ones because grippy tires kick back a-lot of road debris. Heres the link, its cheap and stays on well. https://a.co/d/gr9vUXz

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-26 03:47

No rim protection over here full send, riding dirty. If the curb wins, it wins. Ill live with the consequences, and get new wheels! 😅😮‍💨

Machineslave240 2025-12-27 01:19

I think it looks great! I won’t modify mine because I’m planning on trading it in on a Model S Plaid in a few years but if I was planning on keeping it for a long time I would set mine up just like that

Machineslave240 2025-12-27 01:20

Love that reference

shikwann 2025-12-30 00:19

What’s the offset on those wheels? And tire specs? Looks awesome man!

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2025-12-30 01:22

Thank you, I appreciate. I custom fitted the wheels to achieve the specific fitment, Running a staggered setup. front I’ve got 19x9s, 5x114.3, +37 offset, wrapped in 245/45R19 Out back it’s 19x10.5s, 5x114.3, +38 offset, on 285/35R19

modelplusstudio 2025-12-30 20:54

Nice wheels and lug nuts! ADRO is good value for the money.

Jayveee87 2026-01-03 06:36

Looks 🔥 do you know the measurements of your ride height? I’m looking to lower mine and like your stance, trying to figure if I can achieve that with lowering springs or shell out for coilovers. What mud flaps do you have? They seem to be like some that I have waiting to put in.

Loki_God-of-Mischeif 2026-01-03 15:13

Appreciate it. I never took baseline measurements on the factory suspension, so I don’t have exact ride-height numbers to compare. Without another OEM car side-by-side it’d just be guessing. As for lowering, you can get the look with springs. However from experience coilovers are the better setup. They’re properly valved for the reduced travel and weight transfer, whereas OEM shocks aren’t really designed to live long-term with lowering springs. Springs work, coilovers work far better. You get better results with a full set-up. My mud flaps are just cheap Amazon ones with a carbon fiber look finish nothing fancy, but they match the carbon fiber spoiler well.
