It's in the owners manual, normal.
Noticed some in mine the other day. Had some occasionally in my 2018. Probably fine as long as it’s not *always* there.
Thanks!
Sounds good. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks!
Normal. Don’t worry.
Thank you!
If it doesn't go away in a few days, you can open a service ticket. Depending on your area, they might come to your house and replace them right in your driveway. They did this for me on my left taillight.
Good to know! That is impressive that they can swap out headlights like that with mobile service.
This plus the tail lights will get condensation. I believe it’s not properly sealed but the manual says it’s normal. If you see like water drops inside the lights, it hasn’t gone away in a few hours. Then bring it in.
just asked on my service appt today about this issue since it rained, mine were double as condensated, they said if it doesn't clear fully in the next 24-48hs then they will replace for free they also thought it was a stupid engineering decision they did indeed clear up later that day
Thank you for letting me know your experience!
I have the exact same car, model, and the same thing happens to me.
Twinsies! Living in the PNW I guess I'll have to get used to it.
Tesla says its normal but I have never owned a car that had condensation in the headlight or taillight assembly.
Same here..🤷
Welcome to the club. Glad to know they haven’t fixed this
You probably jinxed me and now my headlights are gonna condensation. First I’ve seen of it on the refreshed models.

Cars with incandescent bulbs produce alot of heat, thats why.
I mean it’s normal, but I can get it is not that good, I have same issue with my model 3..
