As much as I like all the updates I wish they would fix the auto wipers, maybe add manual mode with how frequent on level 1,2,3 etc

They go off randomly constantly on auto.

I don’t have that issue. I mean sometimes it takes them a second to start up but they work great

Wipers and turn signals. I alot of the time I turn on my signal before I enter the turn lane, it turns off, I enter the turn lane and it goes off so I have to turn it on again

It’s not that it’s never having them run at the speed they need to in auto. Sometimes they try to wipe away sunlight, sometimes sprinkle is the fastest speed. Mine did that since day 1. So for intermittent setting it’s just me hitting the button on the stalk every 10 seconds.

Great update but i just want them to improve the basic auto pilot it sucks

That’s my point. I wish they would prioritize functional updates instead of gimmicks.

Why can't they do a short pull for 3-4 flashes and a long pull with click for constant like what bmw have? I find they don't automatically turn off a lot of the time, it's so annoying

Guys we found them! The only person in the world that the wipers work flawlessly for! Wish we were all as lucky...

I wish they'd give us an option to unlock the charger cable or even just to unlock when it's finished charging, they updated it awhile back so you can open the back door for 3 seconds which is just stupid!

Because the auto feature absolutely sucks? Randomly goes on when not needed, no accuracy or speed needed when actually raining.

I love the fact it warns you if you left your phone in the wireless charger

Same here. It’s little things that make me want to upgrade. Like this photo booth, the being able to see the pillar cams in sentry events, and a few other things. I’m so happy that we did at least get the speed on the dashcam though. I’ve been wanting that for years and I honestly thought we’d be left out of that as well 😅But it’s clear that we’re being phased out so I think I’m gonna upgrade sooner rather than later.

HW3 2018 here- no photobooth, no spacex docking game

I wasn't happy with the wipers when I initially got the car because I don't like when they wipe too fast. But I've left it on auto in my 21 Model S and haven't had any complaints either for a while now. I'm not saying it isn't crap on other cars. Wonder why so much discrepancy. But FSD also seems that way sometimes from the comments too. I do get an occasional wipe on a dry day but not what others are describing. I did have the camera replaced under warranty about a year ago but don't know if that has anything to do with it. Or I'm just not in the conditions others are. I absolutely agree that if it's affecting so many people it needs addressed!

This kind of stuff makes me afraid to buy a different Tesla. My wipers and turn signals are fine. I've never had a single issue with the turn signal turning off incorrectly. It's so nice that if I turn it on it waits till I actually turn or change lanes to turn off. But I would be absolutely frustrated and angry if that was happening to me after knowing how it's supposed to work! Sorry to hear that. I wonder what causes it to be an issue in some cars? It’s a gimmick that hides that they haven’t put anything of value out. Rule of thumb is that when brands start putting out gimmicks then they are on a downward slope, especially where future development is concerned.
