I just got a 2024 AWD M3 with 19k miles for 35k. Realistically speaking, your M3 is worth between 20-25k.

Intel, HW3 and model year put you about 22k max and that’s pushing it.

Idk where you live but that price seems wild. Seems more like ask 25 & take 23 or 24. Now that the tax credit is gone might be harder to find a buyer.

People will buy almost anything if they think they are getting a deal. You need to beat your local dealers by $500 to $1,000.

I would check what places have them listed for. I don’t think you’re going to get that much. Carvana has many 2022 LR’s for under $30k with 30k miles or less.

Trade value to carmax on my 24’ Model 3 LR with 20k miles is $26,000.. i know thats dealership trade value which is always low, but just for context. (Down from $27,400 in Nov)

Did you make a typo in your post, or are you in Canada? $22-26k USD is what kbb says for me when I put in the car and that's with the top option for Excellent condition which is unlikely. Realistically you should expect $20k maybe slightly less. Market shows several examples at or under $20k in the US. I don't see any location noted in your post so you're going to be limited in how helpful any of these replies are but you're setting yourself up for disappointment if you expect anything over ~$20k.

Yeah, that’s fair. Hearing real purchase prices like that definitely helps reset expectations. I’m starting to realize KBB might be lagging the actual market, especially with Tesla price cuts and used inventory piling up.

That’s the vibe I’m getting too the more I look around. On paper KBB looks nice, but real-world comps seem way lower.
