Only thing I've added so far was carpet floor mats. They helped a bit with road noise. I was wondering what you thought about the cross climates?

Audio system upgrade, dash camera, sound proofing are all good suggestions.

What does "feel better" mean to you? Comfort? Performance? Handling?

All I've modded where the under door lamps. I switched to those that show Tesla logo. I really like them. Very cheap, got them from Amazon and trivial installation as it's just a bulb swap pretty much.

What are you looking to do? For looks, comfort or do you want to turn it into a track capable car?

"Better" is subjective.
Honestly I haven't felt the 'need' to modify the car unlike I did with my previous cars. Maybe I am older now or maybe it is just 'that good' that one doesn't need to do anything, or maybe there isn't much you *can* do.
I've done the 3D mats, door lights that show "TESLA", and .... POSSIBLY getting he CCS adapter / upgrade since mine doesn't have the support.

The audio system is already great and it has a built in dash cam?

The audio system could be better and there are a lot of lackluster functions of the OEM sentry mode in terms of dash camera duties.

I recently got new floor mats too! Cross Climates was the best decision I’ve made financially. I took deliver in LA and I have to move to Boston, so I drove crossed country. By the time I reached New York, one of the tire gave out. And with Boston’s road, I had 3 popped tires before switching to smaller wheels. Never had any issues with tires since then!

A lot of aftermarket interior ambient lighting kits look really good when done correctly. Possibly a wrap if you don’t mind the upkeep.

I’ve been contemplating the sound reducing door wedge. I did debadge the front and back but then I hit a deer and the Tesla collision folk put a new one back on lol

You can swap out the stock suspension for something a little more compliant. Unplugged performance has a luxury set of coilovers which is said to really improve comfort and ride quality. And its something im planning on getting. I want the speed of the performance I dont actually give a shit about the super stiff handling. In fact its one of the things I really dislike about the car. It also has the advantage to slightly lower the car by a think a half inch in its highest setting so it tightens up the look a bit. And the drop will improve effeciency ever so slightly. So you can gain back a few miles you lost from degredation.
Aside from that there isnt much else you can do. Other than interior mods. I mostly just did protective stuff. A dash mat. Center arm rest cover. All weather floor mats. Stuff like that but there's a million different accessories for the interior. The S3XY knob is pretty cool. But I dont feel like pulling trim pieces off to install it so I haven't bought it.
It would be really cool if aftermarket battery options became available in the future. Or more powerful motor retrofit. But none of that is available as a plug and play option.

What year? If it’s pre 2021 you can do what I did and swap the center console. It’s about $800 from Tesla brand new but I got mine for $200 from a pick a part in like new condition. It took about 3 hrs and the only real modification you need to make is to splice in the old usb controller if you want sentry. I hid mine in the center console. Other than that a tilt screen kit is very handy for glare.

I had a friend who had one of those Amazon under door lamps and the window didn’t go down when he tried to close the door… cost him $600 to change the driver’s side window 🥶

An aftermarket battery would be GREAT loll I know my degradation isn’t horrible but I lost 4% driving 10 miles the other day… mind u I have 18” wheels
I might invest in one of those S3XY button tho

it’s a late 2021. I’ve been looking at tilt screen kits for awhile. Looking for one that’s incredibly easy for a diy job

Pretty much all of them are the same process and they take about 20 mins to install

Ouch, that's unfortunate. I suppose some of those lamps are not as good as others. Cheap Amazon shit is always a bit of a gamble.
I haven't had any issues at all. The image is crisp and I like it.
But yeah, probably worth it to buy from a more reputable source with some form of warranty and such.
