How did you confirm the max height?

I have the trunk open the full height. It can’t go any higher from what I see.

“To reset your existing trunk opening to the factory default settings, or to clear any saved locations, go to Controls > Service > Remove Saved Locations.”

I’ll try that and see if it changes. Thanks

I'm 99% sure the Highland Model 3s open at a lower height. I have that issue as well lol

I noticed it's lower too but I thought it was because the car itself sat lower.

5’10” and it’s after I put something in. There was more room or the trunk was opened higher. Something is different lol - just gotta get used to it I think

Can it be manually opened further? I know other models you can move it by hand and set the opening height by holding the trunk close button to reset it to the new height. Not sure if this would work in your situation but it's something I guess. 🤷🏻

Push the trunk all the way up manually then hold the close trunk button for 3 seconds and that’ll save the height for the location then you can go to the screen and select the button to save the height as default
