There are two drivers for my M3. I cannot figure out how to get the car to recognize the correct phone key and settings. If I have driven the car and get out then the car still shows my name and settings even when the other driver approaches and unlocks the door and drives with the phone key active on their phone (or vice versa). Hope this makes sense.

Have you tried rebooting the car? Hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel for 10–15 seconds until the screen goes black and the Tesla T appears.

Then it should work out of the box! Can you post a screenshot of your profile screen ? The car should even recognise who is driving what you both enter the car.
