Headlight restoration help

Has anyone encountered this on their headlights? It will not come off with any cleaners. I do not have any condensation after car washes or rain, so I believe the seals are still good. If so, what do you do to clear them up? Thank you!

Maybe aggressive carwash cleaning products that etched into the top surface? A polish should get this sorted.

I went to Walmart and picked up a headlight restoration kit that had drill attachments and a bottle of polish. I only used the puffball looking one with the polish and mine cleaned up clear. The sandpaper attachments I’d imagine are for really bad damage

Before getting a restoration kit, try Meguiars Plastix. If you have a polisher or even a drill with a hook and loop pad attachment you can get decent results without going down the wetsand, polish, re-clear path. This should explain the product in under a minute or so. A bottle will last you years. https://youtube.com/shorts/aZIv0yA8RNI?si=bsmsWb1s6dwH3Chw
