Question for the 2026 owners

New cars take a while to get enrolled in the update cycles.

Nah we will likely get the Christmas update as our first update

Still on V13 with my 2026 M3P

26 AWD here and I have gotten the latest updates to 14.2.1

I'm jealous. FSD 14+ fucking sucks, just google it.

I bought my TM3 Highland the end of October 2025, and was pushed V14 pretty much right away. Of course I flipped the FSD beta switch!

Factory versions stay for a month or so before you get an update. Checking teslafi, every model has 2026 cars on FSD 14.2.1. Additionally, my parent's 26 MYLR AWD has 14.2.1. I don't know anyone with a 26 model 3. Teslafi does only show 3 model 3s on 14.2.1, but I don't know how many of that model are in their system in general.

My brother and I got the same M3 Premium RWD on the same day, he almost immediately got 14.x.x and I have yet to get a single update, it's been about 3 weeks at this point.

Me! Took delivery in late October. My car upgraded to 14.2 almost three weeks later. My FSD trial lapsed. The next day I get the FSD trial for HW4 owners. Also 14.2. I enabled the trial a week or so ago. It expires on January 6th

I have it waiting to install. I’m delaying because we have another S that for the trial so I’m trying to stagger them.

Took delivery of my ‘26 M3P the week of Thanksgiving. Still on v13. Also been wondering when v14 will roll out because my wife’s ‘24 MYLR has v14 as of the week of Thanksgiving (v14.1.7 driving to my parents house, v14.2.1 on the return journey). Also, it looks like you installed mudflaps? Are those the Tesla ones or did you do front and rear? How do you like them?

I’m in the 14 in my 2026. Had the car for about a week. It updated on Wednesday I’m pretty sure

New delivery Teslas usually take ~30 days to receive regular updates. My 2026 M3 Premium does have FSD 14.2.1. I received it in early October so I'm past the 30 day window

I took delivery of mine December 1st and I’m on 13, and haven’t gotten a single update.

I have a 2026 M3 LR I picked up in early November. It just upgraded to 14.2.1 a few days ago.

in the same boat as you. i took delivery of my MY AW last month and fsd v14 has not been pushed to me yet. are we just unlucky or impatient?

My 2025 M3P got v14.2.1 last week. Are the only differences between an US 2025 and 2026 the front bumper camera and the turn signal stalk?

Factory build is still 13.2.9. That's not surprising. You won't get an update for about a month.

Takes 4-6 weeks. I picked up my 25 M3RWD 2 weeks before the 26's came out (ouch. I wanted the stalk and front camera oh well) and got out of the factory software about 5 weeks after pickup.

Took delivery Wednesday and was invited to early access but I’m still rocking 13.2.9

Got mine last month and I’m on 14.2.1. I set it to advanced update cycle or what ever it’s called and I have it connected to WiFi.

I wasn’t getting 12.1 so I did a hard reset of the car and reconnected WiFi and the update came

Omg I’ve been dying too. I got my ‘26 m3p on 11/13. It has been on FSD 13.2.9 since delivery. I have software set to advanced. Great WiFi signal. I’ve been driving myself nuts and want the 14 update!!!

I honestly feel like 13.2.9 is better than 14.2.1 though there's some possibility that 14.2.1.25 fixes a bunch of the issues. I've had the flu this week and haven't really been able to test the holiday update sufficiently yet to make my own conclusion.

I’m not quite sure. I was invited on my 2025 model Y (last pre juniper in tx) they invited us on that one after using FSD for our commute for a few weeks. (40 miles one way) so I THINK it’s that we drive so much.

I’m definitely looking forward to the relaxed DMS on 14.2+.
