FSD problems with v12 (2025.38.9.6 10bd3d618e72) 2025 M3 LR

Anyone having problems with the FSD since last update - particularly it going waaay too slow? I’ve put it into ”Hurry” mode and it barely crawls away from a stop. Light turned green and it went into the intersection going 5 mph. Only putting it into Mad Max makes it go at a normal speed. I’ve had this happen on two occasions now.

I have a 23M3P with FSD v12 and do not have Mad Max mode. I heard that’s coming in V14. As for the latest update, I’ve noticed that in hurry mode on a major highway, in many of the (speed limit 65mph)same spots, the car will decelerate to 45mph, from 75. I now know these “spots” and am ready to dial up the speed max to 75 and goose the pedal. But this is getting really annoying. I’ve also been dealing with Left on Red Lights at a specific traffic light.

How do you have a 2025 with V12?

You do not have FSD V12 with a 2025. You're confusing software versions.

I got a free trial of 14.2 and it is fun but in no way something I would pay more than $10 a month for. Lethargic acceleration when pulling out into traffic, ridiculous non-lane-changes, phantom braking, absurdly legalistic stop-sign behavior and turn-signal use (maybe their hands are tired on the last two, but still....)

Get your car checked. 14.2.1 does none of that with my 2025 Highland.

Mine won’t change lanes now. It will just put the turn signal on and sit there.

Hi yes, I have exact same version, FSD v12 (2025.38.9.6 10bd3d618e72), I like mad max, it is not really mad. what it confused me is why it is v12 not v14, I bought car on dec 2025. is hardware V4 (not jupiter) outdated?
