Go to a detailer and get a quote for paint correction. You can get PPF if you want to prevent the issue in the future, as Tesla paint is very soft, but PPF costs many thousands, almost the same as a wrap.
Paint correction.. its a very soft paint so I'd recommend hiring a pro. It would be roughly $1000-2000 (8 hours of time ish)
Well, Tesla themselves recommends only using a touchless car wash because of the risk to paint damage . That this car is meant to be driven to those miles like a Corolla. I always obsess over my car the first 50k miles then stop caring and take it to a car wash earlier. Now that I have a newborn, I’d much rather just take the damn thing to a car wash from the outset.

PPF is a more expensive product because it is much better. Longer lasting, self repairing, thicker to resist damage, etc. The only disadvantage is color selection. Unless you only get partial coverage it is more expensive than a vinyl wrap.

I don't understand why folks conitnue to take their Teslas to your typical crappy brush car wash and then cry about swirls/scratches when Tesla's crap paint quality has been reported upon and idscussed ad naseum since they started selling cars. Like what were you expecting? As for what you can do at this point, if the swirls are fairly superficial then you can buff them out fairly easily with polish compound and a rotary polisher with a fine pad. If you have never done this before, I would have a detailing shop do it although paint correction (when properly done) is time consuming and can be expensive. Now, if the swirls are etched deep into the clear coat, then buffing them out may not be possible as it wil take off too much of the clear coat or take it off completely. Worst case scenario, the damage is actually the base coat fracturing in which the only way to fix it is to sand it down to the base surface and repaint.
Believe it or not, some folks actually care about keeping their things looking nice. It has nothing to do with whether the car is mass produced or not or retaining its value.
Gotta put PPF on the black window trim to avoid the clown vomit rainbow look
