I can't wait to see Tesla's q4 results and it will only get worse in 26.

Objective_Mousse7216 2025-12-11 16:39

Go Nazi, go Broke.

Individual_Bowl_3551 2025-12-11 16:49

Read. My. Lips. BULLISH!

earthman34 2025-12-11 16:52

I see anything that destroys Tesla and Musk as a net win.

slowpoke2018 2025-12-11 16:53

meme stock gonna meme

Leather_Floor8725 2025-12-11 17:00

Tsla could turn unprofitable and the stock would go up. These shareholders awarded musk 1 trillion dollar comp package. The stock price has got nothing to do with profits or business performance, it’s all about glorification of the cult leader Musk.

SolutionWarm6576 2025-12-11 17:01

If the judge upholds the lower courts decision, regarding Leon’s 2018 compensation package. The backup package kicks in. That package could potentially wipe out all Tesla’s profits over the last 3 years. Yet the Board continued to push this new 1 trillion dollar package, while the 2018 decision appeal, was still out there. They’re Essentially backdooring billions to Leon. Nothing to see here SEC…

Elmo: "Heheh look how edgy that stock value is now, just buy it"

InvisibleBlueRobot 2025-12-11 17:11

March 2026. Tesla lose more money and profits drop, but there is a new release announcement. Jet powered flying robots for every person. Almost ready. Will ship very soon. $150k pre-order deposit. Buy now, receive it ....later. Analysts go crazy. Musk is genius. Stock hits $10.5 T. Musk takes another 12% of the company. Quietly, all plans for self driving cars are cancelled. This is old, legacy stuff. New market is flying robots.

BringBackUsenet 2025-12-11 17:34

That "$1T package" is just more hype. The goals are not realistic and won't be achieved but the sensationalism behind the numbers plays into the illusion of Tesla having a future.

BringBackUsenet 2025-12-11 17:35

It's not even about him at this point. It's completely self serving. People only buying into TSLA because they expect it will keep going up. It's become little more than a Ponzi scam on autopilot.

XKeyscore666 2025-12-11 17:38

Do we need any more proof that money isn’t real? It’s one thing to have billionaires, but now we have multiple guys running businesses that are losing billions of dollars, and that’s just fine for some reason.

DhOnky730 2025-12-11 17:45

So...will they actually sell a robot in 2026? I'm saying if any are sold, they'll be just because one of his private firms buys them. Perhaps SpaceX buys them to blow them up on rockets like crash dummies, but they'll still be booked as sales and Elon will claim them a success

lelkan115 2025-12-11 17:51

Withnail2019 2025-12-11 18:05

Money is tokens that are supposed to represent parts of the real economy. Just like the Roman empire, your economy will collapse if you have too much money and not enough actual stuff.

-Melkon- 2025-12-11 18:17

The data is audited and I doubt PwC want to lose it's credibility and go bankrupt just to make Elon happy for 1 or 2 quarter. I am fairly certain the money they receive from tesla is a rounding error in their revenue. Also according to the official numbers they are doing awfully in the past 2 years, if they could just cheat they would've done it already.

BajaRooster 2025-12-11 18:23

Good thing it’s not a car company with zero tangible products in the pipeline but vaporware and broken promises. Share price moons.

mines13 2025-12-11 18:26

Of course you do. The Bay Area new car market is around 40% EV/hybrid in vehicle registrations, which is more than 4x the national average. California itself is responsible for almost 40% of all US EV sales.

Beartrkkr 2025-12-11 18:28

Have you seen a robot that can get you a Coke?

ionizing_chicanery 2025-12-11 18:28

Grunge4U 2025-12-11 18:56

Not in Colorado, the new Teslas have the light bar to show you who the real Nazis are and I see very few of these.

The flying robots will be beta test only, and you must squeeze the hand or pat the back every 60 seconds to let it know you are supervising. Warning, please touch your robot soon, Robot disengaged… cause of error … Grok feels unloved.

I assume in 26 they will be for sale in 27, and so on. But the newest grift is AI chips I think

GiveMeSomeShu-gar 2025-12-11 19:57

It won't matter - he already pivoted to robots for this reason and now he has years of runway again.

Ill_Somewhere_3693 2025-12-11 20:03

What did Elon think would happen by going all in on MAGA. That he ELECTRIC CAR business would thrive???

SackofBawbags 2025-12-11 20:06

How is this bad news?

relaxyourshoulders 2025-12-11 20:30

At least they have one autopilot that works….

Noonewantsyourapp 2025-12-11 20:44

Only at almost every train station, but I guess not having to press buttons would be an improvement.

Bigglesworth596 2025-12-11 21:23

Boy Elon really f#%d up. He destroyed his own brand.

Donthaveacowman124 2025-12-11 21:43

That's why SpaceX IPO is happening.  Musk getting ready to jump ship

muxcode 2025-12-11 21:45

They have many tranches that are achievable and they have open ended wording in some to leave grey area.

pacific_beach 2025-12-11 21:48

They are going to sell as many humanoid robots as they did robotaxi's in 2020; zero

vassadar 2025-12-11 23:46

If it will ever get released at all

brintoul 2025-12-12 00:15

That’s what I thought about his first ridiculous package tied to the market cap of the company.

admin_default 2025-12-12 00:26

The package is hype, but it’s more deceptive than just that. The higher tier goals are indeed hyperbolic, but their purpose is to distract from the lower tier goals, which are quite achievable, even very easily over time. The first tier unlocks at $2T market cap and 20 million cars delivered cumulatively. This tier will unlock in 5-10 years just if inflation continues to accrue and car sales accumulate at the current trajectory - zero growth.

Computers_and_cats 2025-12-12 00:29

Go MAGA lose bag-a

Computers_and_cats 2025-12-12 00:29

Oh man they are going to have to figure out how to make their cars even lower quality to increase margins.

havenyahon 2025-12-12 00:37

But he still gets billions for achieving lesser goals under the plan

Same_Question_307 2025-12-12 00:44

Let me know when they’re broke my man!

ryan_dfs 2025-12-12 00:50

The stranger thing is how a $1.5T company has a measly $5B of profit

beagles4ever 2025-12-12 01:07

While losing market share and missing forecast after forecast. It’s almost like the MV isn’t tethered to value at all.

achtwooh 2025-12-12 01:09

The tranches have been carefully calibrated to make it highly likely Musk gets back the money he lost buying twitter even if Tesla underperforms the the S&P500

free4all2see 2025-12-12 01:11

I would like to see them go completely bankrupt.

achtwooh 2025-12-12 01:11

Yep, he unlocks the first few tiers by underperforming the S&P500. It’s unbelievable what people have voted for here.

BringBackUsenet 2025-12-12 01:38

They've only sold 7.2M cars since the beginning. They aren't going to even reach 20M in 10 years with sales falling fast and a toxic brand that nobody will touch. The market cap is doable if the pump continues but that's the only part that may happen. Their business model doesn't really exist and the bubble that is TSLA, like all bubbles, is not sustainable. They'll be lucky to make it another 5 years before that implodes and takes down the whole house of cards that is the Musk empire.

Less_Traveled_Road 2025-12-12 01:39

Hardly any new ones around me in suburbs of NY but yeah I saw some in CA when over there a month ago

BringBackUsenet 2025-12-12 01:52

It's also one place that doesn't have harsh Winter weather to deal with.

RipWhenDamageTaken 2025-12-12 02:24

Some of the goals are achievable if Tesla weren’t a shit company. 20 million total car deliveries means only 11 million more. Toyota does that number every single year. 1 million robot sales isn’t even that high. They can just start selling crappy robots. The pay package doesn’t specify that it has to be autonomous. Gundam model kits sell pretty well 🤷🏻‍♂️

BringBackUsenet 2025-12-12 02:30

But Toyota is... Toyota! Knowing Tesla they'll sell windup robots and Hot Wheels and call them "units sold".

Dry_Tangerine_8328 2025-12-12 02:45

It's still is costing huge amont in accrual

tony3841 2025-12-12 02:50

Isn't that guy, Electric Viking, a massive Elon fanboy and TSLA pumper? Are the rats fleeing the ship?

cancel-out-combo 2025-12-12 02:50

We can keep Tesla, just eliminate Musk. He isn't the founder anyway

RipWhenDamageTaken 2025-12-12 03:18

Yea literally nothing stopping them from doing that. They have been selling FSD for years and they’re not even FSD. The cybertruck is quite far from what was promised. They sold a lot of roadster reservations that are practically scams. Elon literally said that Tesla cars are robots on wheels

ryan_dfs 2025-12-12 03:22

And people have the audacity to think this somehow isn’t a bubble. Might actually be bigger than any previous bubbles when you consider how much market cap is tied up in stuff that literally doesn’t exist. Completely made up fake stuff that is closer to Nikola or Theranos but valued 100x as high

earthman34 2025-12-12 03:39

Tesla is dying. There are no new models in the pipeline and what they've got is 6 and 12 years old. Cybertruck flopped massively and probably cost them a billion in losses alone this year. FSD is a failure and will never be approved. It's mostly over. They're irrelevant.

cancel-out-combo 2025-12-12 04:05

This is a strange take. Their lineup has the two most popular electric vehicles, models 3 and Y. I would hardly say Tesla the company is irrelevant. Musk is certainly irrelevant. Two different things. Electric vehicles should always be the preference over ICE vehicles. Not sure what you are on about here.

earthman34 2025-12-12 04:30

I'd sure hope they sell something, since EVs are all they make. But most popular where? Their sales in Europe have evaporated and they're way down in China as well. EVs aren't universally popular and Trump is determined to stifle them as much as possible. Tesla can't sell it's carbon credits anymore either. Musk is irrelevant? They just gave him a $1 trillion pay package. Explain that. Tesla hasn't made more than $40 billion in profits in it's entire history. Where's that trillion going to come from. Besides, Musk says Tesla is a robotics company. He doesn't give a shit about cars, he's not a car guy. Tesla people in general aren't car guys, which is why I don't give a shit what they think, they never know what they're talking about, and none of them own so much as a screwdriver. They're still at the bottom of quality and reliability rankings as well.

steelmanfallacy 2025-12-12 05:19

The $1T that they “gave” to Musk is in stock options that aren’t worth anything and he only gets if the value of the company goes up $7T, the sell 1M robots, launch millions of robotaxis and more. So hardly a gift or even likely to happen.

fastwriter- 2025-12-12 06:03

The 1 Trillion Number exists only to distract People like you from the fact that he will be rewarded with hundreds of Billions of Dollars in Stocks for much lesser, relatively easily achievable Goals. So he most definitely will gain more Influence on Tesla as he already has today. Good News for all of us who hate Tesla because of him. This Company will go bust in the future I surely hope.

steelmanfallacy 2025-12-12 06:05

Either Musk gets paid because his stock is worth a lot or Tesla goes bust….which one is it?

fastwriter- 2025-12-12 06:14

March 2026: Musk presents bad Numbers, first quarterly loss for years. But he has a new Product announcement: compact robotized devices that can perform rapid blood tests with a tiny amount of blood. Stock will explode, Analysts and Media are over the Moon and call Musk a Tech Genius and Visionary again. Musk gets big Bonus.

fastwriter- 2025-12-12 06:17

Good joke. The Auditors are paid by the Companies, it has been proven in the past that they do not audit honestly and are prone to produce audit reports that please their clients. Do you remember Enron?

fastwriter- 2025-12-12 08:19

Tesla will go bust because Musk gets his Bonus Shares. Musk paid first, bankrupcty second. Now understood?

[deleted] 2025-12-12 09:16

Its not profit. Profit is something you earned. This is welfare. Something Elon despised anyway! "Can the howl bill!" He said. Clearly he meant his handouts too.

Joker-Smurf 2025-12-12 09:37

Yup. They’ll end up giving him $200B+ for easily achievable goals and claiming that that is realistic compared to the $1T package

tanbyte 2025-12-12 10:16

So does the stock

[deleted] 2025-12-12 12:29

Yeah, Musk saying that the cars are robots makes me think that is how they are going to justify hitting some of these goals in the $1 trillion, from what I remember the board after all has full authority on whether the goal was met and I don't think they specified the robots had to be Optimus or humanoid for that matter

Grunge4U 2025-12-12 15:23

This money is not coming from the government, It is coming from other companies and it is profit that Tesla has now lost. The little nazi Musk however loves his corporate welfare and has received more than anyone.

Withnail2019 2025-12-12 16:32

From what? They'll be making no profit

ipub 2025-12-12 22:14

Lower-Passage53 2025-12-14 18:50

We wouldn’t have an EV market if it weren’t for Tesla.

vnmslsrbms 2025-12-15 00:04

Autonomous Tesla robot kits would actually be hilarious and something they would do, looking at the blow torch they sold from the boring company

Retox86 2025-12-15 09:00

”Arent worth anything” huh? Stock options is taking money from the shareholders by diluting their shares.

Intrepid00 2025-12-15 14:54

They literally are his friends and family. Tesla is gross and you shouldn’t invest in it. They haven’t even paid a dime to shareholders yet but Musk is getting so much money.

jdpg265 2025-12-15 17:27

Just a blip.. nothing to see here. Betting agents Elon is a losing proposition.

himswim28 2025-12-15 20:46

> They aren't going to even reach 20M in 10 years with sales falling fast With $1 Trillion you could buy 20M Teslas at $50,000 If that is the only thing stopping Musk from hitting his $1 Trillion package, his other companies will surlily buy that many.

BringBackUsenet 2025-12-15 21:20

They have to first build that many.

ScoobyGDSTi 2025-12-16 04:52

Tesla are in big trouble. 1. They're reliant within the US on US government protectionism to reduce competition 2. Ending of carbon credits 3. Ending of federal EV subsidies 4. Model 3 sales have absolutely tanked outside of the US 5. Model Y sales while still strong are done 20+% year-on-year-on-year declines globally 6. Tesla gross margins have absolutely nose dived as they've been forced to slash prices to compete 7. New lower price Model 3 and Y are cannibalising sales of higher trim and more profitable specs 8. FSD, Taxis and all that other rubbish is still nowhere to be seen. Fact is, Tesla never would have even posted a single yearly profit throughout their entire history without credits and subsidies. They've always been a welfare queen.

Glad_Square5525 2026-01-19 21:06

I hate Elon Musk for wanting to destroy earth and kill the human population.

Comfortable_Suit_485 2026-02-06 23:30
