Unbelievable

At this point, not really

You are right.

We should be beyond lawsuits at this point, this is a well known problem and Tesla has done zero to fix their faulty doorhandles.

Teslas are known for trapping occupants in fiery crashes. While I don't support trapping occupants, the NHTSA does so far, and at some point I think Tesla drivers and passengers need to take responsibility for their choices. This is like playing Russian roulette and suing Smith & Wesson when the gun goes off. Or do we need more warning stickers, "car will trap you in a fiery crash, gun will splatter your brains when shooting your head."

AI will fix this. /s

The real goal of the Optimus army is to run out to crashes and rip the doors off cars.

A functioning government safety body would force a recall. It's a shame that doesn't exist.

Why do all thinks Musk went all in to support Trump? He even said he will be in prison if Kamala win. He knows this security flaws and lawsuits will coming in. Now when he gutted the government the time at DOGE and there are no one to investigate Tesla wrongdoing.

Fuzzy_Inevitable9748 2025-11-23 15:55

If you knowingly sell a defective product and refuse to do a recall the government should just do it for you and put a freeze on the ability to sell any company stock until it is paid back double the cost to do the recall. Start messing with the stock and companies will smarten right up. If they fail to repay in a timely manner then the government takes full ownership of the company, enough with bailing out corrupt companies with tax payer dollars, time for it to be a two way street.

This really qualifies as criminal negligence. Forget lawsuits. Start prosecuting Tesla's top brass!

BringBackUsenet 2025-11-23 21:11

\> there are no one to investigate Tesla wrongdoing. They've had almost 2 decades, and didn't do it even before he started playing politics. His deeds are just to big and too obvious to be under the radar. Let's face it. He has dirt on somebody.

The family will settle and let Tesla get away with it. Only ONE family went all the way AND WON easily. The others are just greedy pigs eating another (just like their idol)

The only real winners are the lawyers on both sides.

Well he also now has all the data he could ever want from the DOGE computer system raids
