1) I keep forgetting my phone in the car and the car doesn't alert me that I forgot the phone (like in other cars with a FOB), the car knows the phone is in the car and it knows that I've existed the car and shut the door, it should immediacy beep at me to remind me about the phone. 2) The sound system need to adjust the volume for the speed of the car ( because there is more road noise) And would be nice also to adjust it depending on how loud the AC fan is. 3) The garage door opener needs to be implemented using API's and not using an RF transmitter. If my phone can have an app to open the garage, so should the car. 4) The way that the turn signal repeaters are showing on the screen are not ideal, even if you move it to a different location, it still covers needed information, would be great if It could just free float wherever you want. 5) The sound that the car makes when it gets locked is VERY VERY low, I'm not sure if it's because I have joe mode on, but I can hardly hear it. 6) FSD needs to be able to honk the horn when things get a little to iffy. (car next to you going too close etC) 7) FSD needs to avoid potholes, it seems like now it's aiming at it. 8) In the navigation, there needs to have a way to drag the route, for example, my navigation is always wrong going to work AND it doesn't give me alternative routes to choose 9) Ability to open the FRUNK by just standing a few moments in front of the car (just like you can do with the trunk) because unlike the Trunk, there is no button to press (unless it's the app or the screen inside the car). It's actually needed more than the Trunk.

1. When FSD is turned on have the option to have wipers Off instead of Auto. A few days after a wash my windshield is smeared with bugs since the wiper goes off for no reason. 2. Roll down windows through the app. Vent barely rolls them down.

To be able to control the accessory power remotely through the app. To have accessory power work like before so that it turns off when Sentry mode is off (so that it won’t be on all day sitting at home).
I’ll add: ability to set fan speed during the app. Love that I can turn on my AC as I’m walking to my car but it’s on the lowest possible setting and doesn’t really do shit. But being able to set it to 10 from my phone would be nice.

Sentry and dashcam to record 24/7. I don’t necessarily need detection, but if something happens, I’d like to be 100% sure I can get the plates or person before footage is cutoff.
Your fsd display for autopilot request doesnt make any sense. They show the autopilot view because that’s what the car is seeing. The point of that being so you clearly understand if the car does or does not understand what it is interpreting. showing the fsd display would be not representative of what autopilot is actually seeing and responding to Id just buy fsd and enjoy it, they do transfer windows all the time and if you have at least HW4, then you are all set. I bought fsd with my car about 4 years ago, it’s fantastic using it in the city now when I get exhausted from driving at the end of a long day Imo, autopilot is pretty much just glorified cruise control and it’s magnitudes less safe than fsd, from my experience i would straight up not use it
That’s kind of missing the point. I was sharing a fun personal wish list item, not requesting a hardware upgrade. I’m not asking for the car to compute anything new or additional, just that the visual representation on screen match the FSD view, which is already more accurate and visually engaging. The car already has the data; it’s just a matter of how it’s displayed. I’m aware the car doesn’t “see” like a human and that Tesla Vision involves raw data and processing we don’t directly perceive. But again, this is purely cosmetic, not functional, and wouldn’t affect Autopilot’s performance or require new compute. One of my Teslas already has FSD, so I’m familiar with how it works. This suggestion is just about the user-facing visuals and making them a bit more fun and immersive.

You missed my point, I’m not explaining how FSD or the cameras work, I’m delineating between FSD and autopilot Showing FSD view while using autopilot creates a mismatch in what the current engaged system (in this case autopilot) actually sees and is reacting to, giving you a false representation on screen, and a false sense of security. Autopilot doesn’t use all the cameras the same way and is not interpreting the environment anywhere remotely close to FSD. Autopilot view may show the edge of a road boundary much more roughly than the FSD preview, or show a car position much more coarsely than FSD, providing the user with the wrong expectation of where the car or road is, for example. Also, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t make sense for it to try running both systems at the same time just to give you a preview. The FSD visual view is from FSD actually running, that’s how it’s able to be engaged on the fly.

It would be cool if I could set up multiple waypoint routines. I have to drop off my kids at multiple schools before heading to work. I'd love to have a routine I can set up that will help all the waypoints in the order I specify. This should speed things up so I don't have to add each one from my favorite list.

Fix the extremely poor launch time of the sentry mode video viewer on intel cars. I just use my phone to inspect the videos now but I really shouldn't have to? The intel Atom is a slouch when compared to modern processors but ... processors much, much weaker than it have been able to run similar functionality a decade prior, the sentry mode viewer is just poorly made software.
