Got a 2023 model 3. Need tint

Huge_Ad_2133 | 2026-03-13 12:08 | 24 views

I have a new to me 2023 model 3. looked at tint options and the app shows the front windows for $225. but the front and rear at $850 and “out of Stock”. Any ideas here? I am in north east Ohio. I’d like them tinted to the 50% up front and 83% in the rear. Undecided on the back window. But on the front I would like at least a glare strip to help with the sun glare in the mornings and evenings.

Check out yelp and go to a local tint shop that does the whole back window in one piece and not 2.

https://www.xpel.com/oem/tesla?utm_source=tesla-app&utm_medium=oem-partner&utm_campaign=tesla this is where it’ll take you. It books you to a local tint shop so make sure you check on local tint shop reviews but you through this link and get some additional perks. Also no negotiations

Get 20% ceramic tint from a local shop for $200

Go to a local shop, 850 is insane. 300 max including windshield and entire back window

I paid $400 at a local tint shop for all around except windshield

Thanks. I thought it was expensive too. The one thing I did like from Tesla is the warranty taking care of the tint if there is a glass issue.

Bro local shop will do it for half that. If not even less.

I paid 185$ for ceremic tint from a local shop. All the windows front back and rear one.

And I felt the warranty was worth the extra price. Not just on the tiny itself, but ordering through Tesla means anything damaged on your car during the tinting is also covered

That is something to think about. It looks like it is out of stock based on not having installers in my zip code. I changed it to work and there were options.

That is a nice deal indeed.
