Leasing a new or used Tesla 3? And no model 2 coming

I'm looking for a used model 3 with hardware 4 for the fsd capability. There's not many used 2024+ model 3s so I was wondering if anyone knows if there will probably be a lot of 2024 3s being returned to Tesla late 2026 from lease? That would obviously be the cheapest way for me to lease a used hardware 4 model 3? Also I was told my the manager at my local Tesla dealership that there will not be a model 2 being made. Below is what they told me. Since there's no 7500 credit now for buying an electric vehicle at the moment was wondering if anyone had any advise on waiting or any options I may have missed on? Surprisingly it's cheaper for me to actually lease a new model 3 from Tesla than lease one of their low mileage 2024 model 3s. And here is what the Tesla manager told me today about the model 2, At this time the company's focus has shifted away from vehicle manufacturing and towards autonomy as can be witnessed by the upcoming Cybercab announcement. Thus, we don't expect a 'Model 2' style vehicle to be in production. If you're interested in new or pre-owned Model 3, we'd be happy to help you!
