More durable replacements for front and rear aero shields? (pre-Highland Model 3)

So, I have a 2021 Model 3. I live in a place with huge amounts of snow, and I've had to replace the plastic front underside aero shield after damage from driving up a snowy/icy driveway. (This is an inevitability where I live). Now more recently I've torn the cloth/plastic bits of the *rear* aero shield, again driving over snow and ice on a dirt road. The car itself was totally fine. Does anyone have recommendations for replacing these with aftermarket parts that are more durable? How does this work -- do I order them and bring them to a mechanic or car-accessory shop to install? (I don't have a lift, etc.)
