FSD slow down on highways during road trip

On v14.2.2.5. Took a 3 hour road trip each way. In Canada, riding 401 all the way to London. During the trip I encountered countless times where in standard mode, which usually max out at 119km and at minimum sticks with 111km on a 100km speed limit highway, FSD would suddenly drop 10km between the min and max suddenly. It’s rather jarring but that’s not even the issue. It would go back and forth multiple times in 10 minute stretches. Sometimes 5 minute stretches. The speed limit sign on the screen would show 110 then 100KM limit, changing constantly when the actual road limit would be the same at 110. I’m baffled and it’s super annoying. I’ve done road trips from Toronto to Florida and never encountered the frequency of what this was doing. Is anyone else experiencing this?
