OP used one of those "smart generation" brush features to blur out their registration number. The brush uses AI to generate filler content based off surrounding patterns. It's pretty useful for minor mistakes like pimples or gray hairs, where a majority of the surrounding area looks normal. It's not intended to be used for large areas like license plates, or else it'll look jumbled like this. Which is exactly why OP used it to obfuscate their plate number.

Is it Germany? The delivery centre printed the old font for tesla.com on the license plate border. Should be different. Heh
