Anything you find on Amazon aftermarket for a Tesla can likely be found on Temu or AliExpress for much less, because that's where 95% of those resellers are actually getting their products from.  I've even had Amazon sellers quote crazy long ship times because the item they have up has to travel from China to them, them to me. If you're going to experiment with aftermarket TPMS sensors for your car, might as well pay a lower price and wait the time out.  You're not out as much if they don't work.

For a 2021 M3, make sure the sensor is specifically Tesla BLE-compatible (not just generic 433MHz TPMS). The cheap ones that are “universal” often pair inconsistently. If you buy aftermarket, get pre-programmed sets with a clear compatibility list + warranty. After install, usually a 10–15 min drive above city speed is enough for the car to learn them.
