Swapped RHD to LHD rear fog/reverse lights on 2020 Model 3 – how to configure in Toolbox 3?

Hey everyone, I’ve imported a 2020 RHD Tesla Model 3 from the UK to Italy and I’m converting the rear fog and reverse lights to the LHD version. I’ve already installed the LHD inner taillights (hardware and harness fit fine). Now I need to get the car to recognize them properly. Could someone guide me step-by-step on what to change inside Toolbox 3.0? Or if there is a service out there to remotely help me with this? Thanks!
