In Oklahoma buying a used model 3 from tesla.com. They have to deliver it to Missouri for me to take delivery.

I can not find any state laws that stipulate used cars bought out of state in Oklahoma have to be picked up in Missouri. This is what Tesla is telling me though, does anyone have any insite on this? Dallas would be closer for me.

They probably have a dealer law.

Oklahoma's car dealer association got a law in that bars Tesla from selling cars in your state. So that's why you have to buy it out of state.

Thank your state legislature for this. They passed a law that doesn’t allow Tesla to directly sell in the state.

None of the comments have address your question. Which is why Missouri and not Dallas? The short answer is that the car is probably closer to Missouri, and moving it to Dallas costs more time and money
