New to this: looked into leases in starting from 399/month, is that it or are there additional costs that I should I know of? I know 99$ is the software package.

In my case the lease payment is all that goes to the bank. Fees like the $99 to subscribe to FSD go directly to Tesla. In our county in NC we have to pay annual property tax even though we don’t own the car!
99 for premium connectivity (if you want it) same for FSD In Ohio it’s like $200+ renew tags every year. That was a surprise to me
I could do that also has the leasing term no longer just a year? I can only see 24 months now

Telsa gotten so random these days. Was expecting some AMAZING deals end of December 2025 and nothing noteworthy came. 🤦🏻♂️
