Feb 18, narelease yung unit namin, sabi 15 days lang marelease na daw yung ORCR. Kahapon nainform ako na wala pa daw sila accreditation for 2026 kaya nakahold yung documents. Pumunta ako kanin sa showroom nila and naconfirm ko na wala/expired accreditation nila. Wala din timeline na binigay if kelan sila makakarenew ng accreditation. Nasa process na ako ng pagfile ng formal complaint sa DTI and LTO. Just want to know if meron similar cases sa akin kasi on going pa rin ang pagbenta and release nila ng units kahit alam nilang hindi maproprocess and ORCR pag wala silang accreditation. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Hi OP. If di mo pa nagagawa, post this on BYD groups sa FB. Mas lalakas at baka mag viral itong issue mo. Para mapilitang gumalaw yung DTI at LTO. Pretty sure hindi lang ikaw ang naiipit ngayon. EDIT: A bit unrelated sa issue mo pero nakakapikon yung mga casa na matagal mg release ng ORCR. More often than not, iniipon lang talaga nila yung papel kaya iba iba ang timeline. Yung iba 1-2 weeks nakukuha na. Yung iba more than a month or so. So if nasa ilalim yung papel mo, matagal tagal kang magaantay dahil nagiipon pa sila.
