Normally with RWD cars you would put on wider wheels not larger wheels on the rear and with FWD and AWD you would do the same front and rear. I think larger wheels only on the rear of a SUV would make it look crap TBH.

I guess you're right, asked chat gpt to put 20 at the back and it didn't quite look as good as i expected. I guess i'd have to upgrade all 4 to 20 inch but not sure if that's possible without a method to recalibrate the speedometer and the abs.

Blue, not sure exact color, never putting black rims in it no matter what people tell me, silver has great contrast with any color, blacking out the car just removes any distinguishing design factor

No need for any recalibration, if the total diameter does not change. Here in Germany there are "pre-tested" & "approved" rims available, which you can just swap: e.g.: 235/45R20 with 8.50 width and offset 41 245/40R20 with 8.50 width and offset 44 or even a 21" rim (Autec Nimah) with: 235/40R21 with 8.50 width and offset 40 245/35R21 with 8.50 width and offset 40 255/35R21 with 8.50 width and offset 40 which is plug n play.

Contrast helps show details, sure. But a blacked-out car isn’t about details, it removes them and emphasizes the car’s overall shape. It looks more aggressive and intimidating.  If you were to say it’s a nightmare to keep it clean, I’d 100% agree with you.

Fortunately this model is available as a PHEV (as mine is) so you drive on dinosaur juice if you really want to, and drive on reclaimed energy from braking, coasting and downhill AND add battery to the ICE output when you really want to GO. I drove my grey one to Italy and back from Scotland last year and driving over the Alps was like living an episode of Top Gear 😁

Put whatever size tires and wheels you can fit as long as you don't change the overall diameter. That's not only dumb, but dangerous too. If it's 235/50R19 (acoording to Gemini), you have to get 235/45R20 or 265/40R20. Make sure to check tiresize.com if you're unsure.

Depends on what's the labor cost of it on where you live. Materials wise i doubt it'd cost you more than 300 USD to do it by yourself, and in labor it was about 1,000 USD. That of course was for the window tints, black glossy wheels, and anything else that was either matte black, chrome, or silver in the car to be painted or wrapped in black, logos, wheel arches, roof racks, etc. In my case i also bought a bodykit from aliexpress and it costed me about 500 usd (front spoiler and rear diffuser), so if you look closely at the front of mine you'll see it isnt quite the standard sl6.  Bodykit didn't cost anything to install and i did it in about 30 minutes in my garage.
