New BYD Leopard 5 owner confusion

I just got a BYD Leopard 5 (imported, I’m in Lebanon) and I’m honestly confused about the infotainment. The dealer didn’t really explain the app side, just the screens in a very general way. I can switch the menus to English, but the app store is fully Chinese, there’s no Apple CarPlay, and the voice assistant only understands Chinese. I’ve also seen videos of other Leopard 5 owners watching football in the car, sometimes even running two different matches on the two screens, and I have no idea how they’re doing that. My passenger screen feels almost useless right now. Am I missing a setting, or is this just how the China version works? What are people actually using day to day to make this usable — mirroring, external CarPlay boxes, something else? And is there any realistic way to get English voice control, or do most owners just ignore the built-in assistant? Would love to hear how other owners set theirs up.

when i bought a car , it came with already installed apps like drama live ( for live channels , etc... ) and youtube and waze ... etc so to get the maximum use you need to activate the personal hotspot on your phone and connect your car to use the apps with the internet , i think the key to download these apps is and app store called aptoid , search for a way on youtube to install it and enjoy
