App crashing

Hey all, my BYD app (Android / Samsung) recently started crashing when opening. I tried the basics (Reinstall, clear cache, reboot, even an old APK) but nothing seems to help. It works fine on my partners phone (Android too) so I know its not my wifi/mobile provider. Any ideas?
