BYD Android App Scheduled event not appearing in app, but still activating daily.

Hi everyone, recently got a Sealion 7, installed android app and set up a "one tap to schedule" event to turn on heated AC at 8am in morning for 10min and to repeat daily. Now I want to stop the routine but it's not appearing in my mobile app as an event for some reason, and also now at 8am each morning along with AC coming on its also opening passenger side door lock! I'm still getting notification to my phone when it activates each day telling me it's begin but it's nowhere in app in scheduled events. I've tried clearing cache on phone, reinstalling app, resetting app etc. any ideas please, or anyone know how to delete scheduled events from in car screen? thanks

The thing is, I don't think you'll find these scheduled events in the car. They are configured on BYD's cloud-platform and delivered to your car. (as far as I understood). It does not seem they are "downloaded/stored" in the car itself - for sure I could not find anything. So I guess BYD "Customer Care" (if that even exists) is probably going to need to help you cleanup any scheduled events tied to the VIN of your car.

Customer care were awful, they just kept telling me to go in and delete scheduled event in app, then they told me it could be done through car but where they were telling me wasn't there to change then they just said bring back to my dealership 🙄🙄 useless
