Tempered glass failure or vandalised?

Technical-Lion-7405 | 2026-01-24 22:31 | 35 views

After going to the pool yesterday, I came back to my car with the window broken 😢 nothing in the car was taken, and it was a hot day, so I’m wondering if this looks more like a tempered glass failure instead of someone smashing it. What do you think?

You got broken into unfortunately

Break in, else the glass would be in place

I agree with others, that if it had just cracked from stress it would be still in the frame. either it was hit or someone jumped on it or something.

Outside influence. Sorry mate.

The glass has been forced inside the car, sorry, but someone tried to rob you.

Spark plug porcelain break-ins look like this.

Its smashed in..

It was smashed towards inside no failure Did you wrapped your glas with sun protection? That at least avoided all the glass falling apart and kept everything together.

Right, as it's wrapped would stay in place

That's a breakin. Tempered glass shatters into millions of pellets, the window laminate would hold it all in place. This has been pushed in. You've been robbed

Sad the state of this shotty world

No, my friend, that was caused by a bad person.
