Hell to open it!

I have dolphin surf 2025 probably. I bought it early this year. It is Europe UK version( right hand drive). I love the car really. And I want to install front and rear dash cams that I bought over TOPBYD site. I hot hardware installation kit cause I don't want to cam be connected to ligter socket. Problem is, I can't even open this interior fusebox cover. I have 2 trims plastic ones for this, and I trying to open it, bending it a lot, even sadly I left traces on car plastic 😢. I am bending a lot trying to pull it out but surely it holds very tight. Does anyone know how to open it? EDIT 1: Cover is opened by pulling more upwards than towards boot. As per advise of the redit user. EDIT 2: If you need it for ACC, there is none :') all fuses are permanently ON (VCC) and almost all fuses here are Micro2 (if someone wants to know). Since I freaking don't want to pull cable all the way to the front compartment fuse box (engine bay) from inside, solution will be still using VCC and ground there on that dashboard fuse box, but will add a cable from behind cigarette lighter to the this dashboard fuse box and ofc add a fuse. I hope this will help someone :)

What does the instructions manual say? Maybe try with the key inside the key fob.

Did you notice that narrow slot at the bottom edge of the fuse door? Perhaps try inserting something like a screw driver?

Yes. I was putting there that plastic trim lever. But not screwdriver because it is harder than plastic and will bend it and leave mark.

In that case try not to pull the door but rather pull up since the knobs are not horizontal but diagonal.

Use the lighter port if not ask a professional to hardwire the dashcam everybody needs help we just need to accept it.

Check in your region with your dealer first if byd allows user to hot wire any 3rd party accessories like dashcams, amplifiers etc, as it will void the warranty. Do check before preceding

You write you have a right hand drive car. Some cars keep their fuse boxes on the left side even though the rest of the car is on the right side. The panel is just fixed and you need to access the fusebox from another opening. Can this be the case?

I removed glovebox on another side to check is it there. And it isn't.

Can't edit original post so will update here: I did it, I took it out. Hardly but I did it. As soon as I lift it with one trim, I hook it with other trim in the bottom right corner and pull it strongly in the more upward direction. I did few strong pulls and it went out.
