Different people using the same car

My family shares the car and each of us has the byd app associated to the car with only one common account. The problem is that the app disconnects all the other members of my family when one person logs in to the app. To me it seems that the app only allows one person to be logged in at a time. Does someone have the same problem? Did you solve it?

I have also noticed this. I think I remember reading in this sub Reddit that BYD had fixed this but I had a Google and didn't find an answer.

BYD doesn’t support sharing an account. Recent versions of the app allow you to authorise additional accounts. Go to My Account-> vehicle authorisation->new authorisation. This way each user gets their own account.

Each make your own accounts and the main account shares access to the car with the other accounts

there is a function in the app to share the car with others now. but its not like you all need the app to use the car anyway

I found it now thanks to another comment. I found useful that everybody has the app, in order to see when clothes car had finished charging
