Byd has the worst service in India - Do not buy yet!!

I’ve purchased a BYD ATTO3 vehicle in March 2025. One random day in January of 2026, the charger door fails to open, when visited the service centre. They say that there has been a rat bite due to which the cable connecting charging door and the HV wires have been damaged. Just to replace 2 wires under warranty, BYD Service held our vehicle for more than a month. And now(March 2026) the charger stops working, they claim that the warranty is expired and charge 1200₹ just for technician visit within the local city, wow. Even though it has 2 days left to complete one year. According to them, the charger warranty starts from the date of vehicle purchase, even if the charger is installed by them a week later. I was mind-blown with this. Buy a Byd Vehicle only if you’re ready to face all of this fuss by them. Not a right way to serve your customers @BYD.
