Why is the ICC camera not available for parking?

If my Surf can read speed limit signs, see lane markings, and detect vehicles in front for ICC why can it not use the same cameras and/ or sensors as front parking sensors?

I agree, it's weird, you don't have to have 360 camera to see forward image, so where is it?
