OTA firmware "upgrade" seems when done, not upgrading versions

I got an BYD Song Pro 2025, bought in Mexico actually just one year ago. The car had received two or three OTA firmware upgrades. Last one was last night. The thing is that version numbers do not really change after the OTA upgrade finishes. I wonder then if the actual OTA failed (no upgrade was done) or, what could be happening that the component's version numbers do not change at all As proof here are two pictures of before yesterday's OTA "upgrade" and the other after the OTA process finished and the car rebooted itself. Last thing is that obviously the firmware's running version as shown on the screens is not the latest (according to what I read on several BYD online forums) and it's still the same the car had when I picked it at the dealer, brand new, I've heard ago. Kind of strange... Anyone experiencing something similar? Any comments are more than welcome.

That version displayed is the version of the Android IVI image. Some OTAs only update other modules like the ADAS system or BMS, and not the IVI. You'll only see this version number change if the IVI itself is updated. Having said that, 2403 is quite old now, I'd be asking a BYD service centre if they could manually upgrade using their service tablet and if there's any reason you're not receiving the newer IVI

Thanks for your comment. That is precisely what I suspected: a very old version, that it's not getting any OTA updates.

I have the same problem with my BYD Seal U. This is now the second time it happens, as with OTA 2.0.0, also with the latest OTA 2.1.0 the car says the update was completed successfully, but in reality it is still stuck on version 13.1.33.2503250.1. The latest version should be 13.1.33.2511080, but the interface and the new ADAS features are still missing, like the one for adjusting the cruise control speed on a curve.
